Why consistency is the real product

What a buyer feels as “the reorder isn’t as good as the sample” is almost always adhesion or dimensional drift — which is why both are measured on dedicated equipment rather than checked by eye, and why every run starts with a first-article inspection against your approved sample.

Frequently asked questions
Can you handle 100k–200k+ unit programs?
Monthly capacity runs up to roughly 10 million pieces, which comfortably covers first orders in the tens of thousands and larger programs in the 100,000–200,000+ range. Capacity and scheduling are confirmed per inquiry.
How do you stop bulk orders drifting from the approved sample?
The two things that drift in bulk are adhesion and dimensions. We control them with first-article inspection at the start of the run, IQC/IPQC/FQC through it, and measurement on dedicated equipment — peel-strength tester, retentivity tester and a video measuring system.
Can you share your AQL levels and test values?
Detailed process parameters and test values are confidential but can be shared with qualified buyers under NDA, alongside current certificates.
Do you do design and e-commerce assets?
Design support based on your sample or graphic files is available, plus basic production photos/videos for confirmation and simple listing use. Professional studio photography, models and ad creative are not included by default — we say so up front to avoid expectation mismatch.
