Private Label Nasal Strips & Mouth Tape — Buyer FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask before a first order: MOQ, samples, adhesives, packaging, documents, DDP, invoices and payment terms — answered the way we’d answer a real inquiry.

All questions

What is the MOQ for private label nasal strips?

MOQ depends on product version, packaging, logo printing, color and material customization. A basic single-color logo print carries the lowest minimum; custom scent, positioned printing or a custom die-cut shape (which needs one-time tooling) raise it. A common first-order discussion range is 500–1,000 packs, with 1 pack = 15–30 strips (customizable). We confirm the exact range for your spec.

Can I start with 100–200 bags to test the market?

We understand the goal — a smaller error cost before committing. Whether a very small run is possible depends on the customization level, so we don’t promise it blindly. The lower-risk equivalents are: sample testing first, then a packaging-only first order at the minimum for that configuration.

What’s in a sample kit?

Standard, sport-direction and sleep/sensitive-direction strips, mouth tape material options, and packaging samples where relevant. A sample kit is not a random SKU list — it should let you compare adhesion, comfort, skin feel, removal and packaging quality before you commit to MOQ and bulk production.

What’s the difference between the sport and sleep versions?

They solve different problems. Sport use starts with sweat and secure hold during training; sleep use starts with comfort, skin feel and gentle removal after overnight wear. Our current standard version balances adhesion with clean removal based on customer feedback from both earlier versions. The right choice depends on your audience — which is why we suggest sample testing under your real use case.

Can you print my logo on the strip itself?

Logo printing is available on packaging (pouch, box, individual wrapping) and product-level customization can be evaluated. Product-body printing and custom shapes are deeper customization with higher minimums and sometimes one-time tooling — we confirm feasibility for your design first.

Can I do custom packaging only, without customizing the product?

Yes. Packaging-only private label — a standard product in your own pouch or box — is often the lowest-risk first order for a new brand, and typically carries a lower minimum than product customization.

What’s the difference between the release liner and individual wrapping?

The release liner is the backing paper attached to the adhesive side of each strip. Individual wrapping is the printed outer wrapper around each single strip. They’re often confused in design files, so we confirm each one separately (including whether each is printed) before bulk production.

What certificates and documents can you provide?

Our manufacturing operates under an ISO 13485 quality system, with FDA registration, CE documentation, ISO 10993 biocompatibility, and materials compliance including REACH, RoHS, SVHC and a PFAS statement. Per-product test reports are available. Current certificates are provided on request (versions renew periodically), and we confirm the exact document list for your target market. NDA available.

Who holds the product registration in my market?

In most Western markets nasal strips are a Class I medical device, and registration is usually held by the brand owner or importer — not the factory. We provide the manufacturing-side documents (quality system, biocompatibility, test reports, technical files) that your registration and listing process needs.

What are your lead times?

Sample lead time is around 3 days plus shipping. Standard production lead time is around 15 days, extending to roughly 20–25 days for custom packaging or die-cut shapes. Timelines are confirmed per order.

Does the price include shipping?

Shipping is usually calculated separately unless we quote a DDP or delivered price. Share the product, quantity, packaging and destination country and we’ll check the shipping cost properly.

What is included in a DDP price?

DDP normally means the delivered price includes international shipping, customs clearance, duties/taxes, and local delivery to the agreed address. The final scope is confirmed in the quotation. We can check DDP options worldwide, door-to-door with both-side customs clearance.

Can you provide a commercial invoice?

Yes — a commercial invoice can be prepared for the order. The invoice entity should be confirmed before payment; if your company has specific import or accounting requirements, share them before we finalize the quotation.

What payment terms do you offer?

Payment terms depend on the order stage, amount, customization level and customer history. For a first order, the safer path for both sides is sample testing first, then a confirmed quotation and payment arrangement before bulk production.

Why do you need so much information before quoting?

Because the total cost is driven by product version, quantity, packaging, shipping country and Incoterms such as DDP. Confirming these details is what makes the price accurate — a fast number that ignores them isn’t a price you can plan a launch on.

Can you make scented, hydrogel, or custom-shaped products?

These are custom development projects rather than standard private label orders. We evaluate them through a feasibility check first — material availability, mold requirements, MOQ, sample cost, testing needs and lead time — before giving any commitment.

Do you make children’s mouth tape?

Children’s products follow a stricter path: specifications, materials, safety boundaries and the document list come first, before samples. A child-size option can be evaluated and custom children’s packaging can be discussed — but we don’t make safety or medical promises for children’s use, and recommended-use boundaries are confirmed with documentation.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. We can sign an NDA before sharing detailed program information — most relevant for buyers developing differentiated or premium products.
