A Focused Nasal Strip & Mouth Tape Manufacturer — Built to Keep Your First Order Low-Risk

ISO 13485 · FDA-registered · CE documentation on request. We make two things well, so your brand doesn’t get burned on the third.

Nancy Chen — Founder, Vitazora. Six years across export trade and the factory side of skin-safe adhesive manufacturing.

Why I built Vitazora

I’ve spent six years on both sides of this business — export trade and the factory floor of skin-safe adhesive manufacturing — and I kept seeing the same thing: a brand finds a “cheap” nasal strip supplier, places a big first order, and then gets stuck. Not on unit price, but on MOQ, packaging quantities, missing documents, or a reorder that doesn’t match the sample.

So I built Vitazora to do one thing well. We don’t run a general disposables operation, and we’re not a trading desk. We focus only on nasal strips and mouth tape, under an ISO 13485 quality system, with FDA registration and CE documentation available on request.

My job — honestly — is to keep you from making an expensive first-order mistake: telling you when a low quote hides an unmatched spec, when your customization is more than a first run needs, and which documents your market actually asks for before customs or a marketplace stops you.

If you’re building a brand in this space, I’d rather help you place a first order you can sell through than win a deal you’ll regret.

Hands-on, not a trading desk

Nancy works directly with the production line and answers buyer questions herself — the same person you talk to is the one confirming your spec with the factory floor.

Why single-category focus

All of our R&D goes into adhesive performance and skin-safety for nasal strips and mouth tape — not spread across unrelated disposables. Specialization is why our consistency holds from your first order to your hundredth.

How we keep quality consistent

  • Incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC) and final (FQC) inspection, with a first-article check.
  • Adhesion, hold and dimensions measured on dedicated equipment (peel-strength tester, retentivity tester, video measuring system) — not eyeballed.
  • Production controls so bulk output matches your approved sample.

Compliance & documents

ISO 13485 quality system · FDA registration · CE documentation · ISO 10993 biocompatibility · material declarations (REACH, RoHS, SVHC, PFAS statement) — provided on request, because certificate versions update and we send current ones. In most Western markets nasal strips are a Class I medical device; registration is usually held by you or your importer, and we provide the manufacturing-side documents you need. NDA available before detailed discussion.

How we work with brands

Low-risk onboarding: verified sample kits, MOQ confirmed to your spec, fast sampling (~3 days), and DDP shipping (door-to-door, both-side customs cleared). Built for long-term cooperation — not short-term deals.
